Viparis prepares for the recovery!

Manager of 9 event venues in the Île-de-France region, including Porte de Versailles, Paris Nord Villepinte, Palais des Congrès at Porte Maillot, and Le Bourget.

Viparis is preparing for the resumption of activity by developing a health safety standard for event sites, which must be validated by Bureau Veritas in order to obtain a label called “SAFE V.”

“The SAFE V label developed by Viparis is based on five principles:

• General measures: appointment of a Covid manager and a representative for each site; specific commitments from the Management Committee regarding the monitoring of the resumption of activity.
• Measures taken at the sites: development of cleaning, security, and delivery plans adapted to each area (entrances, rest areas, restrooms, etc.); rules of conduct in case of suspected Covid-19.
• Measures concerning Viparis employees: training, provision and verification of PPE usage, implementation of barrier measures, cleaning and disinfection of premises.
• Measures concerning service providers: creation of a charter for service providers with permanent staff on our sites, recommendations for service providers working on an occasional basis.
• Measures concerning organizers and exhibitors: definition of adapted procedures, visitor counting and filtering, organization of co-activity.”
