Cookie Management Policy

How do we use cookies?

What is a cookie according to the law?
A cookie is “a small computer file, a tracker, deposited and read during the consultation of a website.”
They are generally stored in the directory or program data subfolders of your computer’s browser. Cookies are created when you use your browser to visit a website that uses cookies as an aid to track your movements on the site, to remember your login credentials, theme selection, preferences, and other personalization functions.

Types of cookies used and purposes

Technical cookies

Technical Cookies allow for the tracking of your visit to specific pages in order to improve your browsing experience: adapting the Site’s presentation to your terminal’s display preferences (language used, display resolution). They also allow for the implementation of security measures.

They are technically essential for browsing the Prologue Site and therefore cannot be deactivated or configured, otherwise you will no longer be able to access the Site and/or the Site’s services. Indeed, their deletion may lead to browsing difficulties on our Site.

You can enable/disable them at any time here:

Audience measurement cookies and third-party Statistics cookies

The purpose of Audience Measurement Cookies is to measure the audience of the various contents and sections of the Site, in order to evaluate and better organize them (“Audience Measurement Cookies”). These Cookies also allow, if necessary, for the detection of browsing problems and consequently the improvement of the ergonomics of the services on the Site.
These Cookies only produce anonymous statistics and traffic volumes, excluding any individual information.
By default, the button is set to opt-out. No action is required unless the visitor chooses otherwise.
A third-party cookie is a cookie placed on the user’s computer by the server of a domain distinct from that of the site visited. A third-party cookie “collected” on the Prologue site is not placed by Prologue.
The most frequent third-party cookies are generally those used by audience analysis services and various marketing tools.

How are cookies managed?

We use the aviaCookieConsent cookie manager.

When you first visit our website, the aviaCookieConsent cookie manager displays a banner at the bottom of the screen. It informs you of the presence and purpose of cookies and allows you to make a choice via the link “To find out more and configure cookies”.

From there, third-party cookies are placed on your terminal’s hard drive if and only if you activate them in the corresponding tab (“Statistics” or “Other Services”) and then validate the chosen settings.

Furthermore, you can later reconsider your initial decision by refusing the cookies initially installed or vice versa via the information provided below in the paragraph “Deleting and deactivating cookies via browser management”.

The aviaCookieConsent cookie manager retains and stores your cookie choice on WordPress for 2 months, and you can return to the cookie settings at any time by clicking on the small padlock at the bottom left of your screen.

Deleting and deactivating cookies via browser management

You can manage your cookies via your Internet browser. You can configure your browser at any time so that it warns you each time a cookie is received. Your choices expressed online with inter-professional platforms

You can connect to the Youronlinechoices site, offered by digital advertising professionals grouped within the European association EDAA (European Digital Advertising Alliance) and managed in France by the Interactive Advertising Bureau France.

You will thus be able to know the companies working in the field of advertising registered on this platform and which offer you the possibility of refusing or accepting the cookies they use to adapt, to your browsing information, the advertisements likely to be displayed on your terminal:
http://www.youronlinechoices.com/fr/controler-ses-cookies/

This European platform is shared by hundreds of Internet advertising professionals and constitutes a centralized interface allowing you to express your refusal or acceptance of cookies as specified above.
This procedure will not prevent the display of advertisements on the websites you visit. It will only block technologies that allow advertisements to be adapted to your interests.
